Making a Purchase
To make a purchase click the ‘Add to Cart’ button on a product. This will take you to your shopping basket where you can choose to either 'Check Out', 'Update Cart' or 'Continue Shopping'. You'll be asked to either sign into your account or to checkout as a guest. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal payments among others.
CONTRACTUAL NOTE: When confirmation of an order is received, this does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, upon the sending of an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the event of inadvertently under-priced goods, or if we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Out of Stocks
If your item is out of stock, you will be contacted immediately and we will offer you the nearest equivalent or a refund. This is a courtesy measure and does not affect your statutory rights.
Discount / Voucher T&C's

I. You cannot use a discount voucher in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers unless the specific terms relating to the promotions state that you can combine it with other offers.
II. Discount vouchers will expire on the date specified. If there are issues with product availability you will be notified via email or a message on the website.
III. Discount vouchers have no cash redemption value.
IV. Our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect to any orders placed using discount vouchers. Website terms of use also apply.
V. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the discount voucher scheme at any time.
